Full-bore tubing plug valves are crucial in snubbing operations, especially during temporary work stoppages, circulation fluid injection, sand washing, emergency rescue, well control, and plugging operations. Standard tubing plug valves have smaller diameters and cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, we designed full-bore tubing plug valves with diameters matching the tubing. These valves are suitable for bottom hole pressures of 70 MPa and 105 MPa.
